4. Repair and Service Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
The requested service was not performed at all, and
No parts were ordered, installed, or replaced, and
The refund request is submitted within 7 days of service
If parts have been installed or services have been completed, refunds may be partially approved or declined depending on costs incurred.

Successful completion of agreed services
Devices found to be beyond repair
