3. Diagnostic and Inspection Fees

Any diagnostic, inspection, or consultation fees are non-refundable, as these charges cover technician time, expertise, and evaluation, regardless of whether further service is performed.


4. Repair and Service Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The requested service was not performed at all, and

  • No parts were ordered, installed, or replaced, and

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of service

If parts have been installed or services have been completed, refunds may be partially approved or declined depending on costs incurred.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:

  • Successful completion of agreed services

  • Devices found to be beyond repair

  • Issues caused by user handling, misuse, or external factors

  • Service delays due to unavailable or discontinued parts


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before technician dispatch or service initiation may be eligible for a full refund (excluding diagnostic fees).

  • Cancellations made after service initiation or technician dispatch may incur a service visit charge.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up important data before service

  • Verifying warranty terms with the manufacturer

  • Providing accurate device and issue details

Quick Pro is not responsible for data loss, warranty voidance, or pre-existing device conditions.
